The goal isn't to keep me around.
It's to help you hear your intuitive voice, honor the reality of your life, and fully trust yourself.
Brianne
“Jocelyn immediately put me at ease with her warm and compassionate tone. She has an amazing ability to ask powerful questions to get the root of my fear and to help me see where I easily make changes. She always ensured that we took time each session to truly celebrate my successes. After each session I felt more grounded, excited, and motivated.”
These 6 sessions help you figure out what's actually next — in a way that feels true to you and honors the reality of your life. By the end, you'll move forward with confidence
Clarity and Confidence Package
Whether life handed you this moment or you've been sitting with a subtle knowing that something needs to change — whether you're navigating an unexpected pause or scared to act on what you already know, we'll work together to figure out what's actually next in a way that feels true to you and honors the reality of your life right now.
Here’s how it works:
Phase 1: Build (Sessions 1–2)
We'll identify what you already know deep down and what's been keeping you from acting on it. Together we'll build your “playbook” of strategies that help you hear your intuitive voice while honoring the practical reality of your life.
Phase 2: Integrate (Sessions 3-4)
This is where knowing meets action. You'll practice hearing and trusting your intuitive voice in real-life situations.
Phase 3: Sustain (Sessions 5-6)
We'll focus on building long-term resilience, deepening your ability to trust yourself, and solidifying your playbook of skills that’ll keep you grounded through any future life or career transition.
What you get inside the package:
6 x 60-minute 1:1 sessions (typically spread over 3 months)
Progress check-ins every 2 sessions to track your goals and readjust as needed
Email and WhatsApp support between sessions
Customized resources and tools designed for your journey through transition
What you’ll walk away with:
If You're in the In-Between — Navigating an Unexpected Pause
I help you:
Learn to hear your intuitive voice while working with the practical reality of your life (instead of feeling torn between them)
See what's been true all along (even when you've been dismissing it)
Work with the fear and uncertainty that comes with not knowing what's next
Separate the truth from the "shoulds" and external pressure
Quiet the anxiety that comes with being in the in-between and not having it all figured out yet
Move forward with confidence even when the path isn't completely clear yet
Figure out what's actually next in a way that honors both who you are and the practical reality of your life right now
You'll walk away with clarity on what's next and confidence that your decision honors both who you are and the reality of your life right now.
If You're Sitting with a Knowing — But Haven't Acted on It Yet
I help you:
Move from knowing to acting—with both confidence AND alignment
Navigate the identity shift that comes with change
Work through the "But I've invested so much..." fears
Break down the barriers that keep you stuck even when you know what needs to change
Handle pressure from people who don't understand
Take action when everything around you says stay but something inside you says it's time to go
You'll walk away with the courage to honor what you've always known and take the next step forward — even when it scares you.
The point is for you to move forward in a way that feels true to you and honors the reality of your life — with clarity, confidence, and alignment.
Nikki
“My goal was to overcome burnout and find the joy again, after 11 years in such a demanding profession. Jocelyn’s compassion, care, authenticity, and thoughtful preparation helped me get there! I am happy to show up to work everyday with more clarity, focus, and empowerment. It’s hard to describe the feeling, when your actions, your intentions, and the balance of your life really start to reflect your core values. When you truly start realizing and believing what you have to offer this world, it’s like you’ve found your superpower. I can say with so much gratitude that Jocelyn has truly helped me take ownership of who I want to be, and be compassionate towards myself along my journey. With Jocelyn there to listen, help me stay focused, explore places I may not have had the courage to go alone, provide a soft supportive hand as I leaned into the discomfort, and repeat my own words back to me, I began to feel empowered and brave enough to make the personal and professional decisions that felt true to me, not my inner critic that mainly seeks to meet others' needs rather than my own. Her weekly check-in emails, texts, voice messages, and videos always came at just the right moment, providing me with my own empowering words, reflection questions, and the gentle nudge to keep at it. They reminded me that I was not alone on this journey but I had to do the work, no one could do it for me. As Jocelyn says, we need to embrace this journey for life. The journey is much sweeter when we remain empowered, connected, and stay true to ourselves. If you are looking for a skilled coach and guide, Jocelyn is the person for you! Your wisest and truest self will thank you for the investment!
FAQs
What Makes This Different from Regular Career Coaching?
This isn't advice. Together we’ll combine:
✅ Practical Strategy (the logistics of making a change)
Navigating the in-between when life handed you an unexpected pause
How to explore options without quitting prematurely
Financial planning for transitions
Timeline and action steps
Managing the practical realities of your current life season while navigating the transition
✅ Mental Well-Being Coaching (the inner work that makes change sustainable)
Building trust in your intuition
Managing anxiety, overwhelm, and fear
Processing identity shifts
Strengthening your mental capacity for change
✅ Emotional Support (because this is scary and you need someone who's been there)
Validation that you're not crazy
Permission to want more
Understanding the messy middle
Someone who gets it (I've done this 3 times)
Because you can't make a clear decision when you're overwhelmed.
You can't hear and trust your intuition when anxiety is screaming louder.
And you can't step into who you're becoming if you're stuck in your fears.
What’s the difference between coaching, therapy, and consulting?
This is one of my favorite analogies to help us understand the difference between these three types of support:
🏃♀️ Coaching is like working with a physical therapist.
📋 Consulting is like hiring a specialist to write you a prescription or tell you exactly what to do.
🏥 Therapy is like going to the emergency room of a hospital.
🏃♀️ Coaching (Physical Therapist)
Coaching is future-focused. It's about building skills, strategies, and clarity to help you navigate challenges right now and in the future. You'll leave with actionable steps and practice tools between sessions, so you can self-coach when new challenges arise. Coaching isn't about advice—it's about partnering with you to unlock your own wisdom and sustainable growth. Coaching is the 'how' that helps you figure out what's actually next and move forward with both clarity and confidence.
📋 Consulting (Expert Prescription)
Consultants are hired to give you the answers. They analyze the problem, tell you what to do, and often provide a set framework or program. In consulting, you're more of a recipient. In coaching, you're an active participant in creating your own solutions.
🏥 Therapy (Emergency Room)
Therapy is best if you're experiencing moderate to severe mental health symptoms or trauma—past or present—that require specialized clinical care. Therapists help you process, heal, and understand what you're going through. It's often longer-term, supportive care.
👉 The difference matters because:
Therapy supports your healing.
Coaching builds your self-leadership and resilience.
Consulting hands you strategies without addressing what's beneath the surface.
And sometimes? You might need a mix at different points in your journey. The key is choosing what serves you best right now.
Not sure which type of support is best for your situation? Schedule a coffee chat and I can help you identify which type of support is best for you as your first step.
What makes your coaching different?
This isn't 'just' career or life coaching–it's life and career transition coaching that addresses your mental well-being. After coaching hundreds of clients through my private practice and as a mental health coach at Lyra Health, I've found that it's often our mental well-being that lies at the root — or becomes the biggest barrier — to moving forward through a transition with clarity and confidence. My approach helps you strengthen your mental capacity so you can hear your intuitive voice, honor the reality of your life, and navigate your transition with clarity, resilience, and confidence.
Who is this coaching for? (and maybe who it’s not for)
This is for you if:
✓ Life handed you an unexpected pause — a layoff, medical leave, or unexpected change — and you're trying to figure out what comes next while honoring everything else that's real in your life
✓ You have a subtle but persistent knowing that something needs to change, even when everything looks fine on paper
✓ You're caught in a cycle of fear and uncertainty and can't seem to take the next step forward
✓ You're not looking for someone to tell you what to do — you need a partner to help you hear and trust what you already know
✓ You're ready to stop waiting and start moving forward in a way that feels true to you
✓ Something inside you is saying it's time to go — but fear, uncertainty, or external pressure is keeping you stuck
✓ You've achieved something impressive — the job, the title, the life that looks good on paper — but something inside you knows it's not it anymore
✓ You know what needs to change—you're just scared to do it
✓ You value creating a life and career that’s meaningful and values aligned over impressive achievements
You might also be struggling with:
Fear of making the wrong decision
Trusting your intuition when your analytical self says "stay"
Identity crisis (who am I if I'm not "the [job title]"?)
Pressure from others who think you're staying put is the "safe" choice
This is not for you if:
✗ You need help figuring out what's wrong (you already know)
✗ You want tactical career advice or resume help
✗ You're not ready to be seen for who you truly are
✗ You're looking for someone to tell you what to do
✗ You want a quick fix without doing the inner work
✗ You're unwilling to explore both the practical and emotional work of navigating your transition
How do I know if coaching with you is right for me?
If you're someone who values both honest conversations and practical support, and you're ready to navigate your transition with a partner rather than going it alone then we could be a great fit.
But I invite you to book a coffee chat to make sure.
You can also test the waters with me with a one-hour Next Step Session for $155, which will be deducted from the full coaching package price should you choose to continue working with me in that capacity.
Why 6 sessions and what can I expect by the end of the program?
Many coaches offer 3-, 6-, or 12-month programs, but I stick with 6 sessions for a reason.
Six sessions is the sweet spot to figure out what's actually next, work through what's been holding you back, and build the courage to move forward in a way that feels true to you and honors the reality of your life. It's focused, achievable, and gets you moving forward without overcommitting when you're already at a crossroads.
How much time do I need to commit outside of our sessions?
Together, we'll decide what your level of commitment will look like.
The bulk of the work happens in our sessions. I may give you reflection prompts, small experiments, or tools to try in between, but we'll make it work with your capacity and level of commitment.
I’ve found that clients who commit to applying the skills and strategies between sessions experience change more quickly.
What happens after the 6 sessions are over? (can I continue working with you?)
If you still want to keep working with me after the 6 sessions are over, we can discuss how many more sessions you feel you need that would best meet your needs.
Is everything we talk about confidential?
Yes. Everything we discuss in our sessions is confidential. On occasion, I may share general themes or anonymous examples in my content to illustrate the kind of growth my clients experience—but I will never reveal personal details or anything that could identify you.
