I'm not here to tell you what to do. I'm here to help you honor what you already know.
When Your Logic Says Stay But Your Soul Says Go
You're at a crossroads. You've achieved what you thought you wanted—but something's missing. Everyone thinks you should be happy. But you're dying inside.
Here's what I know: The hardest part isn't making the decision. It's giving yourself permission to honor what you already know.
The identity crisis when you're no longer "the [job title]."
The financial fear.
The 2 AM doubt.
The pressure from people who think you're staying put is the "safe" choice.
The uncertainty of what’s next.
The "But I've invested so much..." voice in your head.
I help people whose logic says stay but whose soul says go—by combining practical strategy with the emotional and identity work of honoring what's true—so you can choose yourself, even when it terrifies you.
My Values
Courage to make a change in yourself and in your world.
Growth starts the moment you decide to act–on your vision, on your values, and on the life you want to create.
Trust Your Knowing
You already know what you need to do. The work isn't about figuring it out—it's about honoring what's true, even when your logic screams "stay" and everyone thinks you're crazy.
Fun
The work might be deep, messy, and challenging, but we’ll laugh, we’ll play, and we’ll find joy in the process.
Integrity to show up for yourself
Even when it’s inconvenient, uncomfortable, or requires hard truths, because the real work–and the real growth–happens when you face it head-on.
Everything is welcome
This is a safe, no-judgment space to explore who you are. You’ll feel seen and heard here–and I’ll help you see and hear yourself, too.
Vulnerability with yourself
That’s where the magic happens–when you’re willing to see and embrace yourself fully, without the armor.
From Investment Banking to Classroom to Coaching
I've cried in my car at a breaking point three times in my life.
Each time, my logic said stay.
Each time, my soul said go.
Each time, I chose my soul.
The first time, I was working at an investment bank. Great salary, impressive title, my immigrant parents were proud. But I was dying inside, working 14-hour days doing work that felt empty.
My logic said stay: "Great salary, impressive title, your parents are proud."
My soul said go.
The second time, I was 10 years into teaching with tenure and a pension. I was the teacher others observed, and I loved my students. But I was burnt out, angry, and no longer recognizing myself.
My logic said stay: "You have tenure, a pension, you're good at this."
My soul said go.
The third time, I was an instructional coach who had just invested in my coaching certification (a huge leap when my husband wasn't working). After leading a training that bombed, I realized I was fighting uphill against a system that resisted change.
My logic said stay: "You just invested in certification, you're still helping students."
My soul said go.
Here's what nobody tells you about choosing your soul over logic:
The hard part isn't making the decision. It's navigating what comes after: the identity crisis when you're no longer "the banker" or "the teacher," the financial fear, the 2 AM doubt, the pressure from people who think you're crazy.
But here's what I learned:
Your soul knows. And sometimes you just need permission to honor that knowing.
Each time, my analytical self told me to stay. Each time, I chose to leave anyway.
Every time I trusted that inner voice—even when it didn't make sense, even when everyone thought I was crazy—things worked out. Not immediately. Not easily. But they did.
When I was at the investment bank, my mom reminded me how much I loved working with kids. I found a volunteer role and tested teaching for six months before making the leap.
When I knew I needed to leave teaching, I got my coaching certification while still in the classroom. I didn't wait until I had it all figured out. I just took the next right step.
I already knew what I needed to do. I just needed to give myself permission to do it.
Now, I help people navigate their own "logic says stay, soul says go" moments.
Whether you're in a career that looks good on paper but feels soul-crushing, you've achieved something but feel empty, or you're scared to make a change everyone thinks is crazy—I help you honor what you already know and choose yourself.
My coaching combines practical strategy with the emotional and identity work of major transitions. It's shaped by my work as a Mental Health Coach at Lyra (where I've heard this same struggle in countless sessions), my 15 years in educational leadership, and my training as an ICF-certified coach.
Because I've been there. Three times. And I know the way through.
Why Mental Well-Being matters when going through major life and career transitions
This isn't just career coaching or life coaching; it's life and career transition coaching that addresses your mental well-being. After coaching hundreds of clients and working as a Mental Health Coach at Lyra Health, I've learned that our mental well-being is often at the root of or becomes the barrier to navigating transitions successfully.
You can't make a clear decision when you're overwhelmed.
You can't trust your intuition when anxiety is screaming louder.
You can't step into who you're becoming if you're stuck in who you used to be.
That's why my approach strengthens both your practical strategy AND your mental capacity to honor what you know and choose yourself.
