After discovering her passion for developing people while managing teams, she transitioned to executive coaching, partnering with leaders in work and whole-life leadership. Jessica double-majored in Music and Product Design at Stanford, earned an MBA from Berkeley-Haas, and is also a mom, opera singer, and host of The Ampersand Manifesto podcast.
