Every moment is an OPPORTUNITY for expansion and evolution.
You don’t have to BE or DO anything; notice with an awareness that you have been given an opportunity to choose expansion and evolution in every moment.
You get to choose with your feelings and thoughts.
You get to choose what’s aligned with your values and beliefs.
You get to choose to co-create with a Higher Power (God, Spirit, Universe, whatever you believe) that is always working for and with you.
You get to choose what best serves you at that moment.
